Music: DJ Sub Swara w/ the Glitch Mob

Just in time for Burning Man 2008, tonight's downtown romp celebrates independence with dance-floor bangers, hula-hooping, and an abundance of urban-creative spirit. Local electro-experimenters Sub Swara provide a taste of their recent Coup d'Yah EP while dueling crunk-house veterans the Glitch Mob in an explosive battle of New Orleans horns, Indian ragga-beats, and war-cry vocals. Fireworks, shmireworks — we're living in the land of the bass freaks, and the home of the nu-rave.
